Four seasons in a day? BLUNT Umbrella’s may just have the answer…
In true Melbourne fashion, we saw rain, hail and shine for BLUNT Umbrellas UV re-launch event at Stokehouse St Kilda hosted by media personality, skin cancer survivor and all-round superstar Deborah Hutton.
Immersed in a sea of lilac and yellow, guests were treated to a zesty lemon drop cocktail on arrival before being seated for an intimate and stylish lunch to hear about Deborah Hutton’s life journey from her international modelling and broadcast career, to discovering two skin cancers on her face which turned her world upside down.
There was no better advocate than Deb to champion the compact, convenient, and collapsible BLUNT Metro UV which has a special blackout canopy that provides a UPF rating of 50+, perfect for those seeking protection from the sun. The canopy fabric blocks 99% of ultra-violet light so you can enjoy being outside without worrying about the harsh effects of the sun. As harmful UV rays are blocked, this also means the temperature under the canopy reduces to keep you cooler.
The afternoon of sun-safe fun didn’t stop there, with guests experiencing a personalised skin analysis to determine their skin age and health, providing a holistic look at the individuals skin UV damage and how to prevent further skin aging through the use of UPF certified products.
Kate & Co. PR were proud to manage the colourful guestlist for the event, welcoming beauty extraordinaries, Hannah English, Ruchi Page and Clary Riven as well as Julia Ostro, Jo Hall, Christina Exie, Victoria Latu and many more. Melbourne media were also out in full force, including Jane Rocca, Donna Demaio and Bianca O’Neill with editorial coverage secured across Seven News and Herald Sun promoting the re-launch.
